USS Biloxi USS Pensacola
The heavy cruiser USS Pensacola (CA-24) photographed against Suribachi on the morning of 21 February 1945. On the right is USS Biloxi (CL-80). Note the planes in formation overhead. Barely visible. Of note, while P-Cola is ostensibly a heavy cruiser and carried 8-inch guns rather than 6-inchers, Biloxi outweighed her by over 3,000 tons by this stage of the war.
