frigate Unicorn
The old frigate Unicorn has been around for over 200 years, including pier-side service during both World Wars. In WWII, used as a training ground for WRNS; she even accepted the surrender of the advanced German Type XXIII submarine U-2326 a week after VE-Day. Note her distinctive figurehead.
