The Type 47A Onderzeebootjager Hr.Ms. Holland, complete with a pair of quad Bofors 375mm ASW mortars forward of the bridge. She served from 1954 to 1977 with the Dutch, then until 1986 with Peru as BAP Garcia y Garcia (DD75)– and did it all with pre-WWII engines ordered for the Gerard Callenburgh class– and Holland broke 40 knots on builder’s sea trials!
