Well gang, as you may or may not know I live along the Mississippi Gulf Coast near Horn Island (ever heard of Biloxi?)

Cool place. We got this Hurricane Issac thing coming.

Now don’t get me wrong, your favorite chubby firearms writer, zombie apocalypse novelist, and all around survival guru is ready for this. (10m Ham, Ricochet, BOB, BOV, etc) and I intend to Shelter In Place. However may lose internet connection even if i do have backup/offline power so may not be able to update every day after Weds.

Hurricane Tip Number one: Don’t go to Walmart looking for water 72hours before a storm. Not going to happen. Good thing I always keep a few weeks worth on hand 365.
