Wait till you see what they look like on the inside

Robbie with Wheaton Arms sat down with the Sootch00 YouTube gun channel and contrasted the new Glock Gen 5 against legacy Gen 4 and 3 models both inside and out.

There are actually a lot of differences.

Still, as when they introduced the Gen 4 and it went through a year of teething problems and stealth fixes, I’ll wait a year for the bugs to get worked out of the Gen 5.

Call me old-fashioned, but I am still a Gen 3 guy when it comes to my combat tupperware.

What’s your favorite Glock Generation?

When first introduced thirty year ago, the polymer-framed Glock safety action pistol was one of the most innovative handguns of the 20th Century. Now, well into the 21st, the Glock has evolved over four full generations (and several partial ones) to keep up with the times and give the public what they want. With that in mind, which is your favorite?

I’ll give you a hint, mines got an RTF2 in the designation..

Glock Generations 101

Do your eyes cross when people start mumbling about a 2nd generation Glock, or 3rd generation Glock? Are you positive you can pick up that used Glock at a gun show and be able to tell with a glance what, and by definition, how old it is? If you aren’t 100% confident, let’s go over it. For those who are, check your knowledge.
