On closer look, you note excellent trigger discipline, muzzle control and apparent situational awareness, hallmarks more commonly found in those who have received at least a little tactical training.

The images originated from a Russian news source with the article, “Slavyansk mothers take guns to replace their sons killed by Ukrainian nationalists.”

Well, it appears the humble freedom fighter may actually be one Olga Kulygina and it seems she may actually be a high ranking member of the FSB, Russia’s secret squirrel and dirty tricks guys.

So at least now you know…

Keep a Tactical Mindset

An open letter to those who walk the earth: Wake up! As you shuffle through life like a zombie, there are those out there who would do you harm, and there are some among us who would never look up from their cell phone long enough to notice.

On a crowded commuter train in San Francisco last month, a gunman, in a packed car, calmly drew a handgun out and pointed it several times at the occupants before reholstering. The thing is, although the man did nothing to hide it, no one noticed a thing. It wasn’t until the suspect, believed to be 30-year old Nikhom Thephakaysone, shot and killed a passenger that he had never seen before that morning that the occupants of the train car noticed anything was amiss.

Situational Awareness Get Some

Most people are unaware as they go about their daily life. They are preoccupied with what they have to do next. They day dream as they walk like zombies, projecting themselves mentally home when they are at work and to work while they are at home. In today’s society, this is dangerous.
